Shipping policy

Please allow up to 10 days for shipping depending on location within Australia.

Production times are listed on each product on the website and are generally 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise.

Some products labelled "ready to go" will be ready to ship same day of order and may take 7 - 14 days delivery.

If you selected Local Delivery please ensure the selected delivery date and time is suitable.

Your goods will be delivered and left in a safe place on premises at the selected time and date, once completed this is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain the goods from their delivered location. The delivery driver will attempt appropriate contact to ensure you receive your delivery on the stated time and date before leaving in a safe place and a photo will be taken and you will be emailed if the goods are not received by the purchaser.

 

Wholesale deliveries must be accepted and signed received by a staff member or manager upon receipt. if the delivery slip cannot be signed the delivery will be considered rejected and returned to warehouse. 

it is the responsibility of the purchaser / client to follow the storage and portioning instructions upon receipt of the products to ensure optimal flavour and composition of the goods.
